1937 YILINDA YAPILAN TUNCELI TENKIL HAREKATINA DAIR BAKANLAR KURULU KARARI GAYET GIZLIDIR
K A R A R Basvekalet Kararlar Mudurlugu Sayi: Son gunlerde Tunceli de vukua gelen hadiselere dair raporlar 4.5.1937 tarihinde Ataturku un ve Maresal in huzurlari ile tetkik ve mutalaa edilerek asagidaki sonuca varilmistir: 1. Toplanan kuvvetlerle Nazimiye, Kechizeken (Asagi Bor), Sin, Karaoglan hattina kadar, shedit ve muessir bir taarruz harekati ile Varilacaktir. 2. Bu defa isyan etmis olan mintikadaki halk toplanip baska yerlereNakil olunacaktir. Ve bu toplanma ameliyesi de koylere baskin edilerekhem silah toplanacak, hem bu suretle elde edilenler nakledilecektir.Simdilik (2000) kisinin nakli tertibati hukumetce ele alinmistir. Mulahaza: Sadece taarruz hareketiyle ilerlemekle iktifa ettikce isyan ocaklari daimi olarak yerinde birakilmis olur. Bunun icindir ki; silah kullanmisolanlari ve kullananlari yerinde ve sonuna kadar zarar vermeyecek hale getirmek, koyleri kamilen tahrip etmek ve aileleri uzaklastirmak luzumlugorulmustur. Not: Malatya dan ve Ankara dan gonderilen kuvvetlerin cepheye vasil olmalari ve cephedeki kuvvetlerin ufak tefek talimleri ve istirahatlari ve bundan baska Diyarbakir dan gelecek taburuntavzifi, butun bunlar dusunulerek bir hafta sonra yani 12 mayista ileri harekete baslanabilecegi anlasilmaktadir.

N-8- 1937 Sir, I have the honour, with reference to Mr. Morgan's despatch No.361 of the 17th June, to inform you that, according to a telegram received from His Majesty's Consul at Trebizond on the 28th June, the rising in the Dersim area appears now to have been effactively quelled. 2. Mr, Matthewa learns from a reliable source that the last body of rebels, numbering between 500 and 600 men, surrendered to the authorities on or about the 24th June. The lössea sustained by the Government troops are believed not to have been heavy, but there are said to hıave been considerable losses among the gendarmerie and in the Air arm, which played an important part in suppressing the rising. Great enthusiasm was manifested in the Turkish press when it was reported that Sabiha Gökgen, one of Atatürk's adopted daughters and a notable - Aviatrix,. had successfully bombarded one of the rebel strongholds. 3. Mr hFavtthews is informed that martial law is in force in the disaffected areas, although postal end telegraphic communications are maintained.
